- Pre-Orders: All pre-orders will be shipped within 6-8 weeks from the date of purchase.
- Regular Orders: All standard orders will be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days after payment confirmation.
- International Orders: International orders may require additional processing time due to customs clearance and shipping logistics.
2. Shipping Rates & Fees
- We do not offer free shipping.
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and package weight.

- TWENT1 is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once they leave our facility.
- If an order is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly.
