SHIPPING + HANDLING

Shipping Disclaimer

Processing times are subject to change based on overall order volume, and shipping times are subject to change based on weather events, along with shipping carrier volume and staffing levels. Please allow additional processing and shipping time during major promotions and peak shipping season (October-December).

Shipping + Delivery Timeframes

Shipping: Please allow 2-7 business days for your order to be processed, packaged, and picked up by USPS or another designated courier. These times reflect based off of weather conditions, staffing availability, order volume, and season. Please Note: We expect higher than normal order volumes during promotions and the U.S. holiday season.

Delivery: After we have shipped your order within the 2-7 business day timeframe, please allow USPS or the other designated courier to have your order delivered no later than 2-5 business days.

Shipping Costs + Estimates

Our shipping costs are determined by USPS or the courier that you have chosen (if applicable). Please be advised that shipping costs are based off weight and distance.

We offer complimentary shipping on orders that are $125+.

Complimentary Shipping

We offer complimentary shipping on U.S. orders. International orders are ineligible for complimentary shipping at this time.

International Shipping

Currently, we ship to the following locations: United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands

International shipping is currently unavailable. Please stay tuned for updates as we expect to be shipping internationally in the future.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via the email you have provided during checkout.

Signature Requirement + Safe Delivery

A direct signature will be required if your order is over $500 USD in value, before sales taxes and shipping are assessed. Please consider this requirement when placing your order, and if necessary, make suitable alterations to your shipping address.

Please note: We reserve the right to attach a signature requirement on any re-shipment for a missing order or item and will make every effort to inform you if we are adding this requirement. 

Missing Packages

Please monitor the progress of your order via your tracking number. If your order has been marked as delivered by our carrier, but you have not received it, please notify us within 48 hours of our carrier’s indicated delivery date & time. Our team will contact our carrier to open an investigation and attempt to recover your package. If they are unsuccessful, we may re-ship your order. In most cases, we will include a direct signature requirement on your new shipment to ensure its safe delivery. If your original order was sent with a direct signature requirement, your new shipment will be sent to a FedEx facility for pickup.

Please note: TWENT1.COM monitors all claims of missing orders for fraud. We reserve the right to deny the reshipment or refunding of any missing order in all instances.

Missing, Incorrect, or Damaged Items

If your order is missing any items, or has any incorrect or damaged items in it, please notify us within 48 hours or our carrier’s indicated delivery date & time. Please retain all damaged or incorrect items, along with the shipping box and packing slip. We may request photos of the issue before sending a new shipment. In some cases, we may include a direct signature requirement on your new shipment to ensure its safe delivery.

Order Processing

Orders are only processed and shipped on Monday-Thursday (excluding U.S. federal holidays). Any orders placed outside of these times will begin processing the next business day. We are unable to accept orders from outside of the United States & Canada (see shipping section for additional details).

Order Confirmation

You will be charged as soon as your order is placed, and you will receive a confirmation email with a unique order ID. If you do not receive your confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us.

Please Note: It may take up to 24 hours after your order has been placed to receive a confirmation email. That is due to our team manually assessing each order to prevent possible fraudulent activity.

Item Limit Policy

Orders are limited to (3) of any single item, and no more than (15) items total. Additionally, we also limit orders placed to (2), per customer per day. Orders that exceed this limit may be subject to cancellation.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel and order once it has been placed, please contact us as quickly as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. Once an order has shipped, our team is unable to cancel it. Upon cancellation, you will be immediately refunded and notified via email.

Address Changes

If you need to alter the shipping address for an existing order, please contact us as quickly as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. Once an order has shipped, our team is unable to alter the ship to address. Our team will notify you if your request was successfully processed.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

Return Disclaimer

TWENT1 reserves the right to refuse any return for an item, after inspection, that is less than half full, has been re filled with a non-Twent1 product, or was not originally purchased from TWENT1.COM

Return Processing

All returns, once received, are subject to a 7-9 business day processing period before your refund or credit is granted. You will be notified via email as soon as your return has been processed and your refund/ credit has been issued. Please contact us if you need to inquire about the status of a pending return.

Returning Promotional or Sale Items

Promotional Items: You may return an item that had a promotional period, however you will be refunded the amount you paid during the promotion, and not the original price of the product.

Sale Items: Items that are on sale are final sale. Refunds cannot be granted for items that are final sale.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges on any item that was not a result of our mistake.

For example, if you ordered a facial cleanser but received a body scrub, you will be granted the option to exchange it.

However, if you ordered a product and received the product you've ordered, you cannot exchange it for something else.

Please contact us if you have questions or need to start the exchange process. Exchanges are processed within 7-10 business days.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Our Cruelty-Free Commitment

We do not collaborate with manufacturers of any kind that support or test on animals.

As of October 2024, we are currently in the process of applying for our Leaping Bunny Certification as well as being certified by PETA.

We will update once approved. Please be advised until we get certified, that we have never, nor will we ever, test on animals.

Our Clean-Beauty Commitment

All of our products are free of parabens, sulfates, phthalates, synthetic fragrances in facial skincare, mineral oil, TEA & petrolatum.

We also do not use any of the following oils in our face and body products: peanut oil, coconut oil, olive oil, safflower oil, corn oil, canola oil, or palm oil.

Vegan/Vegetarian

None of our products contain animal products, including honey and beeswax.

Our products are only available on TWENT1.COM. If you see our products outside of our official website, please email us immediately. Those products are not authentic.
