When will my pre-order ship?

All pre-orders will ship between April 21st - April 25th. This is a limited drop, so secure yours now before it's gone!
Why should I pre-order?
TWENT1's drops are exclusive and limited, so once they sell out, they're gone. Pre-ordering guarantees you get your glow before it disappears. Also, it's great for the environment! We don't make more than what's ordered, because we don't waste.
Can't I just wait until your items are in stock instead of pre-ordering?
We highly encourage you to pre-order. TWENT1 drops are limited-edition, and once they sell out, they're gone for good. Pre-ordering is the only way to guarantee you get yours before it disappears. When we do release our remaining available stock to the public, there's no guarantee it'll still be available! Our babes will grab them fast! Don't wait and miss out.
Will any of your products be restocked?
No, all of our drops (from our body oils to our bikinis) are limited-edition drops! Once it's sold out, it's gone for good.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
No, babe! All pre-orders are final sale since we produce items based on demand (because mass-production isn't a vibe).
How do I check my order status?
You'll get an email with tracking info as soon as your order ships! You can always check in your TWENT1 account as well for any updates! Feel free to reach out to us at orders@twent1.com for any questions pertaining to your order!
SHIPPING + HANDLING
Shipping Disclaimer
Processing times are subject to change based on overall order volume, and shipping times are subject to change based on weather events, along with shipping carrier volume and staffing levels. Please allow additional processing and shipping time during major promotions and peak shipping season (March-September and November-December).
Shipping + Delivery Timeframes
Pre-orders: All pre-orders will ship within 6-8 weeks.
International orders: Delivery times vary based on location and customs processing.
General Shipping: Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed, packaged, and picked up by USPS or another designated courier. These times reflect based off of weather conditions, staffing availability, order volume, and season. Please Note: We expect higher than normal order volumes during promotions and the U.S. holiday season.
Delivery: After we have shipped your order within the 5-7 business day timeframe, please allow USPS or the other designated courier to have your order delivered no later than 2-5 business days.
Shipping Costs + Estimates
Our shipping costs are determined by USPS or the courier that you have chosen (if applicable). Please be advised that shipping costs are based off weight and distance.
Complimentary Shipping
We do not offer complimentary shipping.
International Shipping
Currently, we ship to the following locations: United States, Mexico, Australia, the UAE, Europe, Canada, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Shipping to countries in Asia, Africa, and South America are currently unavailable at this time.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via the email you have provided during checkout.
Signature Requirement + Safe Delivery
A direct signature will be required if your order is over $500 USD in value, before sales taxes and shipping are assessed. Please consider this requirement when placing your order, and if necessary, make suitable alterations to your shipping address.
Please note: We reserve the right to attach a signature requirement on any re-shipment for a missing order or item and will make every effort to inform you if we are adding this requirement.
Missing Packages
Please monitor the progress of your order via your tracking number. If your order has been marked as delivered by our carrier, but you have not received it, please notify us within 48 hours of our carrier’s indicated delivery date & time. Our team will contact our carrier to open an investigation and attempt to recover your package. If they are unsuccessful, we may re-ship your order. In most cases, we will include a direct signature requirement on your new shipment to ensure its safe delivery. If your original order was sent with a direct signature requirement, your new shipment will be sent to a FedEx facility for pickup.
Please note: TWENT1.COM monitors all claims of missing orders for fraud. We reserve the right to deny the reshipment or refunding of any missing order in all instances.
Missing, Incorrect, or Damaged Items
If your order is missing any items, or has any incorrect or damaged items in it, please notify us within 48 hours or our carrier’s indicated delivery date & time. Please retain all damaged or incorrect items, along with the shipping box and packing slip. We may request photos of the issue before sending a new shipment. In some cases, we may include a direct signature requirement on your new shipment to ensure its safe delivery.

Order Processing Times
Order Processing: Orders are only processed and shipped on Monday-Thursday (excluding the U.S. holidays listed below). Any orders placed outside of these times will begin processing the next business day.
Holiday Office Closures: Our office will be closed on the following days: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve.
2025 Additional Office Closures: We will be closed for team appreciation on the following dates: March 8th, August 12th, July 2nd, September 10th-September 15th, October 31st, and December 24th-January 1st.
Order Confirmation
You will be charged as soon as your order is placed, and you will receive a confirmation email with a unique order ID. If you do not receive your confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us.
Please Note: It may take up to 24 hours after your order has been placed to receive a confirmation email. That is due to our team manually assessing each order to prevent possible fraudulent activity.
Item Limit Policy
To ensure fairness and availability, orders are limited to 2 of the same bikini style, size, and pattern and 3 of the same body care product, with a maximum of 10 items per order. Additionally, customers may place up to 2 orders per day.
Orders exceeding these limits may be subject to cancellation. 💖
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel and order once it has been placed, please contact us as quickly as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. Once an order has shipped, our team is unable to cancel it. Upon cancellation, you will be immediately refunded and notified via email.
Address Changes
If you need to alter the shipping address for an existing order, please contact us as quickly as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. Once an order has shipped, our team is unable to alter the ship to address. Our team will notify you if your request was successfully processed.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
Return Disclaimer
TWENT1 reserves the right to refuse any return for an item, after inspection, for the following reasons:
- Swimwear bottoms with the hygiene protector removed are not eligible for a return or refund.
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
- Items marked as final sale, discounted items, or items purchased during promotional events, including pre-ordered items.
- Any item returned without original tags or not in its original condition.
- Body care with less than 75% of its original contents (more than 1/4 of the product is used).
TWENT1 also reserves the right to deny a return for any other reason besides the reasons listed above.
Return Processing
All returns, once received, are subject to a 7-9 business day processing period before your refund or credit is granted. You will be notified via email as soon as your return has been processed and your refund/ credit has been issued. Please contact us if you need to inquire about the status of a pending return.
Returning Promotional or Sale Items
Items marked as final sale, discounted items, or items purchased during promotional events, including pre-ordered items are ineligible for returns and refunds. This has been our policy since March 12, 2025 and is currently effective. No exceptions will be made.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you may request a refund (if eligible) and place a new order for the desired item.

How do I find my size?
Refer to our Size Guide available on each product page to find the best fit. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us for assistance.
Are your bikinis true to size?
Our swimsuits are designed to fit true to size, but fit may vary by style. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
How should I care for my bikini?
To maintain the quality of your swimwear, we recommend:
- Hand washing with cold water and mild soap.
- Avoiding harsh detergents, bleach, and fabric softeners.
- Laying flat to dry in the shade to prevent color fading.

Currently, TWENT1 Sirens are handpicked– there’s no application process. If you have the look and the energy, we will find you. But stay tuned… we might open up a model search in the future.
What is TWENT1 Beach Club?
TWENT1 Beach Club is an invite-only, VIP experience for the hottest girls. Members get access to exclusive bikinis that aren’t available to the public, chances to be featured on TWENT1’s social media and campaigns, plus invites to all of our promotional events, including our Annual Bikini Bash. To be considered, you’ll need to submit photos, videos, and social media handles. TWENT1 Beach Club memberships lasts for only one year, and girls must reapply each year to keep their spot. If you don’t make it, you’ll have to wait until the next December to try again.
How can I apply for TWENT1 Beach Club?
Applications open every December, and only 300 girls will be selected each year. To apply, you'll need to submit recent photos, public social media handles, a video on TikTok, and a video on YouTube. Our link to apply is here.
Where can I find TWENT1 bikinis?
TWENT1 bikinis are only available on TWENT1.com. We don’t sell on Amazon, third-party websites, Facebook, TikTok Shop, Instagram Shop, or boutiques. If it’s not from our official site, it’s not TWENT1.
Can I get a custom TWENT1 bikini?
No, babe. Every TWENT1 Bikini is designed to perfection and made for our signature aesthetic.
Will TWENT1 ever make cover-ups or accessories?
Maybe. Maybe not. Right now, we’re focused on bikinis and bikinis only. But if we do expand, expect the hottest, most exclusive pieces ever.
When is the next drop?
We don’t release drop dates publicly in advance. If you want to be in the know first, we encourage you to follow us on Instagram and subscribe to us on YouTube.
Do you restock sold-out items?
We do not restock items. Once an item is sold, it will permanently be unavailable for future purchase.
