Return & Exchanges Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
At TWENT1, we prioritize hygiene and product integrity. Returns are only accepted for refunds under the following conditions:
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- The hygiene protector must still be intact on swimwear bottoms.
- All original tags must be attached.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Return requests must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Body care including lotions, oils, and serums must be at least 75% full of its original contents.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Swimwear bottoms with the hygiene protector removed are not eligible for a return or refund.
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
- Any item returned without original tags or not in its original condition.
- Items marked as final sale, discounted items, or items purchased during promotional events, including pre-ordered items.
- Body care with less than 75% of its original contents (more than 1/4 of the product is used).
3. Refund Process
- All return requests for refunds are subject to inspection and approval before processing.
- Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification regarding the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be issued via the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery, as TWENT1 is not responsible for lost return packages.
5. How to Request a Return & Refund
If you’re looking to return your item, we have made it easy for you to do using our Self-Serve Return feature. We offer returns within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
- Login here with the email address you've provided during checkout. This will send a link to that email address with a numerical code. Enter the code and login.
- Choose the order of the product(s) you wish to return from your order by clicking "Request Return" underneath the order.
- Fill out the questionnaire and click on "Request Return".
- You will get an email confirmation that will confirm that we have received your request to return an item.
- It is the customer's responsibility to provide return shipping. Once we have received your item, please allow up to 10 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays), to approve or deny your request. (Please Note: We do not charge any restocking fees).
- When our team has investigated your return request, we will send you an email with an approval or denial confirmation.
- If approved, you will be sent a refund back to the original method of payment immediately.
- If denied, you will not be eligible for a refund and you will be given electronic notice of your denial.
6. Exchanges
- At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you may request a refund (if eligible) and place a new order for the desired item.
